01 — Facade & cladding

Elevations cleaned without touching the building

Render, precast concrete, composite panel, brick and painted surfaces. Low-pressure soft-wash chemistry lifts mould, algae, salt deposit and traffic film without driving water into control joints, window seals or cladding cavities.

Because nothing is anchored, propped or rigged against the structure, there is no facade loading, no anchor point certification and no reinstatement of fixings afterwards.

02 — Roof & gutter

Roofs treated with zero roof loading

Tile, metal sheet and membrane roofs cleaned with no foot traffic on the surface. Beyond the fall hazard, this removes the trafficking damage that drives a meaningful share of post-maintenance roof defects — cracked tiles, deformed sheeting and punctured membrane.

Soft-wash treatment addresses the biological growth itself rather than blasting away the surface layer, which extends the interval before the next clean is required.

03 — Windows & curtain wall

Glazed elevations without rope access

Window banks and curtain wall systems cleaned and rinsed with purified water to a spot-free finish. The conventional alternatives — swing stage, abseil crews, or an EWP in the loading zone — each carry mobilisation cost, lead time and a work-at-height exposure that this method does not.

04 — Solar arrays

Recovering soiling losses across large arrays

Dust, salt deposition, bird fouling and organic film reduce array output over time. Purified-water cleaning restores transmission without detergents, abrasives or module loading — and without technicians traversing an energised array on a roof.

Applicable to commercial rooftop installations, ground-mount arrays and carport structures. Cleaning intervals can be aligned to your generation reporting.

05 — Industrial & warehouse

Large-span roofs without a shutdown

Distribution centres, manufacturing facilities and warehouse estates. Large roof and wall areas are covered in a single mobilisation and scheduled around production and despatch windows.

For sites where roof entry triggers a permit process, a height safety review and often a production pause, removing roof access from the scope is frequently the largest saving in the job — larger than the cleaning itself.

06 — Scheduled programs

Cyclical maintenance across a portfolio

Reactive cleaning is more expensive than planned cleaning, and harder to budget. We structure recurring programs around your maintenance calendar, with cleaning intervals set by elevation, aspect and exposure rather than a single blanket frequency.

Reporting and invoicing are consolidated across the portfolio, so one document set covers the program rather than one per site visit.

Where drone delivery is — and isn't — the right method

We would rather tell you at scoping than mobilise to a site the method does not suit.

  • Organic growth, salt, dust and atmospheric soiling

Not suited

Where a site falls outside our method we will say so at the scoping stage — and where appropriate, point you to the trade that does suit it.
