1. Overview
Altitude Drone Exterior Cleaning is a specialist drone services contractor based on the Gold Coast, delivering exterior cleaning and maintenance to commercial, government and strata clients across South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
We use heavy-lift spray aircraft, operated from ground level by a two-person crew, to clean facades, roofs, glazed elevations and solar arrays. The method removes the need for scaffold, elevated work platforms, rope access and roof entry — eliminating the fall-from-height hazard from the task rather than controlling it.

No personnel at height. The highest control in the WHS hierarchy, applied to a task that is normally managed at the lowest.
Reduced cost of access
No scaffold hire, EWP hire, swing stage mobilisation, anchor point certification or traffic management.
Minimal disruption
No loss of car parking, footpath, trading frontage or tenancy amenity for the duration of the works.
Asset protection
Low-pressure application avoids the coating damage, seal failure and water ingress associated with high-pressure cleaning.
Documented delivery
SWMS before mobilisation, photographic completion report per elevation, condition observations for asset records.

6. Delivery method
- 01Scope and assessment. Elevations, access, airspace and site sensitivities assessed. Most sites scoped from aerial imagery and drawings without an attendance fee.
- 02Proposal and documentation. Fixed-price scope issued with methodology, SWMS, insurance certificates and program.
- 03Mobilisation. Ground equipment established, exclusion zone set, stakeholders and neighbouring occupants notified.
- 04Delivery. Two-person crew — remote pilot and observer. Soft-wash application at controlled standoff, followed by rinse.
- 05Completion. Photographic report per elevation, condition observations and sign-off issued for asset records.
7. Past performance
Project references and client referees are provided on request, relevant to the sector and scope of the engagement under consideration.
8. How to engage
We accept direct engagement, purchase orders, and formal RFQ, RFT and EOI processes, and can complete prequalification or supplier panel applications on request. Scheduled programs across multi-site portfolios can be structured with consolidated reporting and invoicing.
