The commercial case

On most buildings, getting to the surface costs more than cleaning it

Scaffold hire, an elevated work platform, a swing stage or a rope crew can account for more of the invoice than the work itself — before you count the lost car parking, the traffic management, the tenant complaints and the weeks the equipment sits on site.

Drone delivery removes that entire line item. The crew arrives in a van, sets up on the ground, and the building is cleaned from the air. Most sites are finished in days rather than weeks, with the car park open and the tenants none the wiser.

Lower total cost

No access equipment to hire, transport, erect, certify or dismantle. That saving comes off your quote, not ours.

Days, not weeks

There is no mobilisation period. Work starts the morning we arrive and the site is clear when we leave.

Business as usual

No lost parking bays, no closed footpath, no obscured shopfront, no scaffold for tenants to look at for a month.

Risk off your books

Nobody works at height, so the fall hazard is removed rather than managed — the highest control available to you. Compliance detail →

Results

A better clean, and a gentler one

Cost and speed matter, but not if the result is poor or the building is damaged getting there. Soft washing is the method specifiers prefer for exactly that reason.

Treats the cause

Chemistry and dwell time break down mould, algae and lichen at the root. High pressure only removes what is visible, so it returns sooner.

Protects the substrate

Low pressure will not strip coatings, force water past seals into cladding cavities, or erode render and mortar joints.

No trafficking damage

Nobody walks the roof or the array, so no cracked tiles, deformed sheeting, punctured membrane or micro-fractured modules.

Longer intervals

Because the growth is treated rather than blasted off, the surface stays clean longer — which lowers the cost across the cycle, not just the visit.

Capability

Scopes we deliver

Single assets through to multi-site portfolios, delivered as one-off works or under a scheduled maintenance program.

Sectors

Who we work for

Local & state government

Civic buildings, depots, libraries, aquatic centres and public infrastructure — delivered against council procurement and WHS requirements.

Education

Schools, TAFE and university campuses, scheduled in term breaks with exclusion zones managed around student and staff movement.

Health & aged care

Low-disruption exterior works for facilities that cannot accommodate scaffold, noise or restricted access for extended periods.

Strata & body corporate

Residential towers and complexes, with reporting suitable for committee papers, sinking fund planning and owner communication.

Commercial property

Office, retail and mixed-use assets cleaned without tenant disruption, road occupancy permits or loss of trading frontage.

Industrial & logistics

Distribution centres and manufacturing facilities where roof access permits and production downtime carry real cost.

Documentation

You see exactly what you paid for

Nobody should have to take a contractor's word for what happened six storeys up. Every engagement is documented from mobilisation through to completion — useful for your own records, and for anyone above you who needs to sign it off.

  • Site-specific SWMS and risk assessment issued before mobilisation, for your records and induction process.
  • Certificates of currency for public liability and aviation cover, supplied on request or with tender responses.
  • Photographic completion report covering every treated elevation, delivered as a single document per site.
  • Asset condition observations captured incidentally during the works — flashing, seals, corrosion and vegetation noted for your maintenance planning.

Engagement

How an engagement runs

  1. 01

    Scope & assessment

Elevations, access constraints, airspace and surrounding sensitivities assessed. Most sites can be scoped from aerial imagery and drawings.

  2. 02

    Proposal & documentation

Fixed pricing with methodology, SWMS, insurance certificates and program — in a format that drops straight into a tender or committee pack.

  3. 03

    Delivery

Pilot and spotter on site, ground exclusion zone established, stakeholders notified. Works scheduled around occupancy and trading hours.

  4. 04

    Completion report

Photographic evidence per elevation, condition observations and sign-off, issued for your asset records.
